display comes back on

screensaver set to come on after 3 minutes. display set to turn off after 15
minutes. 7-10 minutes after display shuts off it comes back on with
screensaver running. 15 minutes later display shuts down again and the
process repeats itself. have noticed right-click context menu appearing
without mouse action. have eliminated defective mouse.

The keyboard has a context menu key between the right-hand Ctrl key and
Windows key. Could it be sticking?
