Can I use my old 95/98 game and clipart disks on my windows xp computer.

Maybe,
No I'm not trying to be a smarta$$ but try installing it and see if it
works,if it doesn't try using the compatibily mode for 98. some programs
work others do not.

Maybe. Not all games will work on XP or any NT-based OS. You'll have to
try - and you will find out very quickly. If they won't work, XP will
refuse to launch the program and say so quite clearly.

The clipart is probably OK.
