Disk Space problem

A message that I keep getting is Comprec Error failed to get the image data
out of memory or system disk space. This keeps showing up and I'm showing I
have plenty of memory. Is there a couple of places I can check for memory
and how can I correct the problem so I don't keep getting this message.

It does not sound like the message is saying you are out of memory, but that
Comprec is unable to retrieve image data from memory.
