Disk Manager only works in safe mode for me ..???

When I try to run Disk Manager normally I get the error "Logical Disk Manager"(title) Error: "Server Execution Failed"

It works without any problems in safe mode and i don't know why it doesn't work.

I have only limited PC skills but could probably do regediting/service status checking etc. given instruction
