I can load progs from drives to computer, but when I click
on a prog icon to access any drive the computer restarts.
The system tells me that the drives are ok.

IIRC a recent virus causes this behaviour, so running your AV program may fix
your problem. Sounds like you may have to run it from bootable floppy or CD,
though.
