Disk Drive not Ready

When my computer boots up, either warm or cold, I get an error in the event
log saying that my second hard drive is not ready yet. I get about 10 or 15
errors each time.
Is my hard drive bad or is there an issue with something in windows on this?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Slow spin-up, low power, weak power supply, different
speed drives, etc. Lot's of things cause it, Sometimes a
80 conductor cable will help, some drives won't run on
them. Even when you have a matched pair with Raid you have
issues from time to time.
