Why does it not completely defragment a drive. I have yet to see it not
list fragmented files after it runs.

Because some files are in use and can't be moved.

Hi Bob,

Task Manager, Ctrl-Alt-Del. But not EVERYTHING, you kill too many
processes you could cause undesired effects.
