When I run the defrag, I have alot of Contiguous Files. Why does this happen
and what can I do to completly get rid of them? If I don't do anything, will
all these contiguous files do harm to my computer? Thanks, bsh

Contiguous files are good - it means that they're not fragmented. There's no
need to do anything.

You *want* to have contiguous files. That's why you defrag - to create
them.

Contiguous = good
Non-contiguous = fragmented = bad.
