DISK CLEANUP WILL NOT RUN

HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH DISK CLEANUP. I KEEP GETTING A ERROR MEASSAGE AND
IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RUN THE PROGRAM. HOW DO I FIX THIS ISSUE
