Disk cleanup

Have windows xp and cannot get Disk cleanup to work.
When i click onto Disk cleanup it comes up on screan but
will not do anything.
 
Try going to run,type:cmd
At the curser type:cleanmgr then press enter,try running.
If not type:cleanmgr /k
