Disk Cleanup versus Evidence Eliminator

How does Disk Cleanup compare with, say, Evidence Eliminator or other
subscription utilities that promises to permanently erase tempoary files,
history of URLs, searches etc.
 
You can erase TIF, history, search histories, etc. on your own for free.
