Disk Cleanup

Whenever I run Disk Cleanup one of the categories it shows me is:

@C:\WINDOWS\system32\occache.dll.-1071

I know it's for the Downloaded Program Files but why does it show up in this
text instead of saying Downloaded Program Files?
