Discussion Group Question

Where do I post questions about discussion groups? Why do I get the following message when I reply "Your Passport session has expired. You must return to the Discussion Group home page and sign in again before you can post.
Sending to the communities" AND it deletes my reply message! AND on the previous screen I'm still seeing "Sign Out" And last, but note least why, sometimes does "Loading" just sit there?

There is currently a 30-minute timeout on the Web forums. The programmers
are working to fix this (it was fixed in the beta and somehow got broken
again before the site went live on Tuesday).
