Discussion group in FP

I used the discussion group that came with the templet in FP. Can anyone tell me how to change the look of the heading. It is a menu bar but when I try to edit it, I get a highlignt of the entire area. www.VillageWalkLiving.com is the site.

Looks like your going to use the none frames versions in a
subweb or add to current web. If that's the case the
navigation is in a shared border. First make sure show
hidden files are checked, >Tools >Site Settings or Web
Settings >Advanced > Check box Show hidden files and
folders. Now just go the _borders folder and edit.

It is not recommended to have a DW w/i your root web
- eventually publishing the root web will corrupt the DW portion
If your host supports subwebs, create the DW as a subweb and make external links to it

And when you create the new one do not move any of the include pages from the folder FP creates
