Publishing mismatch

Every time I publish my site www.VillageWalkLiving.com I get Unmatched under
the Status heading for most of the pages. If I recalculate the hyperlinks on
either the local web site or the remote web site everything changed to
Unchanged and the blue arrow goes away. My questions is, why is this
happening and is it a problem or should I just ignore it. The site seems to
work fine with or without the 'fix'?

Have you Published All at least once
- and are you using the Publishing option: Determine changes by comparing source and destination files
