disconnects

I can no longer modify my sisters computer. We are able to connect, but
after 4-5 minutes, the connection is dropped. Never had this problem before.
Can someone provide guidance on troubleshooting and possibly how to fix
this? Thanks

It would be better if you could privide some details. .as to what
method of remote access you are using (Remote desktop, vnc, ...) what
are the error messages ?
