Disconnecting a remote client remotely

A client has a Win2k server SP4 which happily sits in the corner. The only way they connect is by using Terminal Services which is installed in Administrator mode.

The problem is that on occassions the client session may be unintentionally disconnected for what ever reason and then when they try to reconnect they can't and get a message saying that the maximum number of clients is already connected. This happens even when trying to reconnect as the user that was connected when the connection was broken.

How can I clear this session so that they can connect to the server again? The only way around it at the moment is to reboot the server. There must be a better way

Go into the terminal services configuration and set the
timeout to reset disconnected sessions to be something
like 10 minutes. That way, if you become disconnected
from a TS session, the server will automatically kill that
session after 10 minutes of being disconnected.
