I am looking to put in a signature that has has disclaimer "This
e-mail message is intended only for the personal use of the
recipient(s) named above ([email protected]). If you are not an
intended recipient, you may not review, copy or distribute this
message. The insert would be the recipients email address. Any ideas
on how I can develop a macro to do this automatically and can it be
done when sending an email to a group?

if you are doing it for a corporation, do it at the server level. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm, especially the more
information section at the end. For personal use, you'll need rewrite the
message when it's sent - see outlookcode.com or the outlook.program_vba
newsgroup.
