Try opening cmd prompt,type:CHKDSK C:
If all runs ok,type:CHKDSK C: /F
The first is only a check,no repairs are made in its read
only mode,the second will fix on reboot.You can also
run it with:CHKDSK C: /R
R is repair,C: being youre hd.
