Disc Detector

hi, first time here, was having this situation, i put a
game cd on drive D: , i take it out and place DVD movie
in there, but after it tries reading it, it still shows
on My Computer like if the game cd was still in there,
has the game cd title on the drive, same with my other E:
drive. I have Disc Detector on, and even with it off i
still get the same problem, i have to reset my computer
everytime inorder for it to refresh on what is in the
disk drive. Anyone gone through this ??

Wait for inserted the CD to spin up.
Press F5 to refresh the explorer screen or close your explorer/my computer
window and then re-open.

hi, did try for disk to spin, and pressing F5, but still
shows last cd name on the drive, until i reset
