Press F5. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Have you checked if the hardware itself is broken? There is a signal
from the drive to indicate when the media has been changed. If the
ribbon cable is broken, a bent pin on the drive or motherboard header, a
jumper missing (on really old floppy drives), or the circuitry zapped,
then maybe the floppy never reports to the system that its media has
been changed.

Boot to DOS. If you don't have bootable MS-DOS or Windows 9x/ME
floppies then go to www.bootdisk.com. Have a couple test floppies on
had that have different contents. After getting to the DOS prompt,
insert one test floppy and do a 'dir' command. Then remove that floppy,
insert the other test floppy, and do another 'dir' command. If you see
the same listing but the floppies have different sets of files and/or
filenames then your hardware is broken.
