There are 32kb indicated in "Web Client/Publisher Temporary File". When cleaning up "Temp Files", this file will not empty. My somewhat knowledgeable son says to not mess with it. What say you?
Assuming a 20-gig hard drive, you are talking about
something that takes up ~ 15/10000 of 1% of your storage
space. Why not try to find something significant to worry
about?
