Disappearing Norton Antispam Folder Outlook 2007

I recently deleted the items in my spam folder however, the entire folder
disappeared. I now receive all junk e-mail in my in box and the Norton
antispam is not listed as a folder. Can anyone tell me how to get the folder
back?
