Disappearing hard drive

Untitled Documenton a Dell poweredge 600sc.

It just stopped appearing on explorer, rebooting didn't help.
The drive shows up in the boot process.
It is hooked to a ultra ata 100 card.

A 200G Maxtor.

Any ideas what or how to proceed?
 
I have not tried to reinstall the ultra ata driver, since it shows up at
boot is that a possibility?
