Disappearing Favorite Public Folders

Hey hey all,

Has anyone seen in Outlook 2003, their favorite public folders
disappearing? Its happening mostly when my users are moving in and out of
them as they delete items. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

They disappear from the Favorites list or they disappear entirely (i.e.
even from the All Public Folders list)?

Oh, just the favorite list itself. My users have been going back into the All
Public to re-set them back up. Possible idea?
