Public Folder Favorites disappearing

I've seen this posted by others but with no answer. I have a user who has
several contacts from the public folders in her favorites. Frequently these
contacts disappear from her favorites and she has to go back into the public
folders to get them again. Does anyone have a solution to this? or is this
just the intended working behavior of outlook 2007?
