Disappearing Cursor

After installing sp2 my cursor will just disappear while typing and the open
window will gray out like another task has been started. I just click on the
mouse button and it comes back. This is driving us crazy. It did it 3 times
while typing this message. Any ideas?

Scan your system for malware, you may want to install TweakUI also:

TweakUI > General > Focus > Prevent Applications From Stealing Focus.
