Disappeared LOGOS in FAVORITES

I am runnigng IE6 SP1 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise. My logos on the
left side of the column in the FAVORITES folder all show the IE logo.

What happened to the individual logo that comes with the title when you save
the page to your Favorites folder????

Furthermore and more importantly, how to you fix this and keep it from
happening again???

The icons from the various sites are deleted when you clear you TIF.
You need this utility to be able to keep them.
