Disabling the Add New Hardware Wizard

Does anyone know how to disable the Add New Hardware Wizard through the
registry or GP?

I don't recall such GP option and I don't think it exists.
Why not remove newdev.dll?

Just to add to this.

You can either rename/delete newdev.dll
Or you can remove "Add Hardware Control Panel" component from your project.
