Disabling Standby Option from Shutdown Menu

I have read a lot of forum messages about this but so far no one has
mentioned the Registry entry that will diable the Standby button
completly, so that it isn't listed as an option when the user goes to
logoff. Does anyone have an idea where this is listed in the
Registry? Any help would be very much appreciated!
 
I would like to know this also. We have this problem alot here.
