Disable Standby Option in Shutdown

I'd like to be able to disable the "Standby" option in the Shutdown
button. I've done some searching, but haven't been able to figure out
how to do this. I'm using Windows XP-Pro, sp2. I've scanned through
the Group Policy Editor, but haven't been able to locate an option
like this.

Any ideas?? Thanks.
