Disabling Monitor Poweroff, but still powers off?

# HAIL to the person who can HELP!
Sorry all the words, but I want to help you understand what I have covered
already.

Quick Problem Scetch overview:
20 PC's = All identical
Some Mon's remain on Scrn-Svr, but others power-off/standby.
Need to have all on Scrn-Svr permanently
Ctrl-PANEL, ScrnSAV-Properties & Reg fix don't help
What else? (How force Monitors to remain on.)
NEXT - My DETAILED PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:>

My Problem Scenario:
I have a computer room with 20 new computers. All identical (Xp Pro). Whiled
logged-out, about half goes to scrn savers and the other half powers-off
monitors. I don't want this. > Need them all to stay on screen saver. Since
logged-out, cntrl panel power-options are irrelevant, right? After some
research, I changed the registry values to disable "monitor power off at

My half-way fix:
[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop] "PowerOffActive"="0"

Remaining problem:
Half of those pc's worked like a charm and other half still
powers-off...looks like StandBy though, since the power lights on the Mon's
don't switch off (flickers).

Question:
Anything else I can do to disable monitor power-off besides throwing it off
a mountain (hehee)?

Make use of the Power Options in Control Panel.

Thanks for replying...

I tried this, but since I am out of all profiles (logged out of Windows) the
monitors still shuts down. As I said before:

" I have checked/set the Ctrl-PANEL, the ScrnSaver Properties & Reg
fixes/edits(disabled monitor-poweroff and disabled system-standby in
Registry) ...don't help"

Any other ideas? :)

Jo

1 - DISABLE Monitor Poweroff REG Edit:
[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop] "PowerOffActive"="0"

2 - DISABLE REG EDIT:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ACPI\Parameters]
"AMLIMaxCTObjs"=hex:04,00,00,00
"Attributes"=dword:00000070

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ACPI\Parameters\WakeUp]
"FixedEventMask"=hex:20,05
"FixedEventStatus"=hex:00,84
"GenericEventMask"=hex:18,50,00,10
"GenericEventStatus"=hex:10,00,ff,00
