disabling live meeting as a transport in send/receive for outlook

I need to do the following:

send/receive
Define Send/Receive Groups
Click Edit
Click on Live meeting
Uncheck all boxes: Include the selected accounts in this group; send mail
items; receive mail items

This is on a system with the live meeting addins installed.

I want to perform this with a GPO. Will the outlook 11 .adm file allow for
this?

If so does anyone have any guidance?
