Disabled Interactive Login

This is an identical problem with Terminal Services, but
I have this problem locally as well. I have re-checked
users, groups and policies, but can not find the
solution. I have checked the event log for gpt.ini
errors. The platform is for the server is 2K and client
machine is XP.

Does anyone know of the solution apart from re-setting
the user account and profiles...
