Disable the Windows Explorer auto pop-up when place CD in CD Rom

How do you disable the Windows Explorer from automatic pop-
up when you place a CD in the CD-Rom drive
 
Matt,

Go to My Computer and right-mouse click on the CD-Rom drive, choose
Properties. Go to the AutoPlay tab and choose "Take no action" for each item
in the drop-down box, selecting "Apply" each time you change a setting.
Click OK and you're done.
