Disable screen rotation in Windows XP

Hi,

This is somewhat related to TabletPC. I use Windows XP on a desktop
and for whatever reason I'm forced to deal with these hotkey
assignments:

Ctrl+Alt+Left: Rotates screen left
Ctrl+Alt+Right: Rotates screen right
Ctrl+Alt+Down: Flips screen

I dunno why these hotket assignments exist, or where to turn them off.
I'd like to use these hotkeys for other purposes. I don't want to
change the orientation of my desktop. Does anyone know how to disable
these hotkeys?

You might look in the software that came with your video
card as this is not a built-in Windows function . . .
