Disable remote acces

Help. I ahve a hacker, per say, someone who is accessimg
my computer remotley, unauthorized. I have truned off
charing, in My computer/ in Networking. Yet, somhow, he
is still there. He is very detructive. At times even
takes over the PC. Network shows no connection, yet I
can see him on the Log on the console. I have ahd it, I
am ready o buy new PCS. We have 5 running xp, and one ME.
We are dial up NOT LAN< NO NETWORK. I have the internal
firewall, running with Norten, then did MCafee, then did
Blackice. Now have Internal firwall, norten, Stop Sign,
and Gohst. Yet he still here....Any other ides.?

hi,

Right click on my computer and choose properties from the
drop down list box. then navigate to the remote tab and
uncheck both the boxes for remote assitance and remote
desktop.
