Disable "Remember my password"

When a web site prompt for authentication, the IE will pop up a logon dialog
with a check box "Remember my password". How can I disable this check box to
prevent users from saving the password?

Open the Internet Options dialog (from IE choose the Tools\Internet Options
menu) and select the Content Tab. Click the Autocomplete tab and uncheck the
'User names and passwords on forms' checkbox. While you are there press the
Clear Passwords button to make sure you have not left anything hanging
around that a malicious intrusion may find.

The options is for form based authentication only, it doesn't work for
pop-up login prompt.

I think the pop-up login prompt is trigger by "HTTP basic authentication" or
"Integrated Windows Authentication" in IIS.
