How to disable the properties of the printer in the control panel to avoid
changing printer configration by user.

Don't give them admin or printer admin rights. Probably not power user
either, I'd have to check though.

Thanx Matt,
Unfortunately, Admin right must be given to user in my case.
So, is there any way to do the restriction in registry or any by batch file?

hmmm, Nothing that I know of. What kind of printer is it and what
setting are you trying to prevent them from accessing? Also, you could
use a group policy to either hide the control panel or specific applets.
Thats something I just found in fact. Pretty cool. Its under User
configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel. Just make sure
you don't lock yourself out of it.
