"Disable Offline Files" grayed out

I'd like to disable offline files on my machine but the button is grayed out
when i go to offline files in control panel.

The computer is on a windows 2003 domain and i have the group policy setting
"Allow or Disallow use of the Offline Files feature" set to disable but
offline files is still enabled. This GPO works perfect for our XP
workstations.

How can i disable offline files?

Hi Tyler,
Why do you think that offline files is enabled on your machine?
Do you see any shares available offline?

Thanks,
Shubhankar
