Hello,

can i disable "first letter of table cells" in "AutoCorrect" with an
registry key or an group policy?
If not, what can i do?
 
No. You could use an autoopen and an autonew macro in the relevant document
template containing the line

Autocorrect.CorrectTableCells = False
