Disable driver

A new LG Mobile Phone and it's software package I purchased, for managing my
new/old contacts, notified me, during it's installation, that "an existing
driver had to be disabled so that I could install the new software's driver".

What driver do I have to disable for this new phones software to function????
 
Hi Phil,

Prevent all Instant Messenger programs for starting up at boot. Then
reboot and finally try installing again.
