I'm trying to locate in the Help file a way to disable the DMA in hardware
such as in HDD and/or CD ROMs. I cannot find anything in the Help file on
how to disable this option.

Can someone tell me where this option is located?

Thanks

Device settings are hard to find in Windows XP

You will not see the Advanced Settings section if your hardware does not
support it. Or if it is taken care of through the driver settings. An
example of this is the Intel Application Accelerator.
