Disable display of organizer name in month view

microsoft rocks my desktop

Is there a way to disable the display of the organizer's name when I am
looking at the monthly view of the calendar? I organizer a lot of meetings,
and it's far more important for me to see the attendees name at a glance than
it is to see my own. I would really prefer not to see my name at all!
