Disable Degrade Policy on Max Battery

How do I disable degrade policy on Max Battery and run on full
performance on XP?

What is the exact registry settings?

Thanks in advance..
 
I also tried using PowerCfg.exe provided by MS under system32 folder.

PowerCfg.exe /X /processor-throttle-dc throttle none

Didnt work on XP. Missing something?
