Disable Ctrl-Alt-Delete

I'm setting up a "media box" and want to stop any atempt to tamper with the
system. Running XP with Meedio as shell. The only thing I can't find in LGPO
is how to disable ctrl-alt-del. I'm looking for a way to disable the overall
functionality of ctrl-alt-del. I would simply like ctrl-alt-del not to work,
or to bring up a box that says something like: "Disabled by Administrator".

Is there something in LGPO or AD/UC to make this tweak?

Go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, Ctrl-Alt-Del Options. Remove Task Manager is the option you want. This also prevents access to the Task Manager from the System Tray context menu and the Run dialog. Note: This setting will apply to all users.

To enforce this restriction, easily, on a per user basis, see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console.
