I have a user that had shoulder surgery and cannot reach the ctrl alt
delete key with one hand on a HP laptop. Is there any way to
temporarily disable?
Thanks!

Dowload and install TweakUI for Windows XP from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Configure it to automatically log on.

Good luck
