Disable Close(X) button

I am looking at setting up a computer that would behave almost like a kiosk
type of setup.
i would like to disable the close button any tips on this ?

Hello,

You cannot disable the close button of an application from windows. This feature is application
specific. It would help if you specify which application you are planning on running on the 'kiosk'
machine.
