I have 30 users who access outlook on a terminal server windows 2003. Outlook
2003 SP3. I want to disable the ability for anyone to archive email. Is there
a registry edit or something I can do, to make this apply to everyone without
logging into to each users account.

THanks,

Mike,

thanks for the reply. Will this registry settings disable Auto Archive for
everyone who logs in? Or do I have to log on to each uses account to set it.

You might try using Outlook Profiler to manage this. Very easy to use and I
believe it has that option.
