Auto Archive Option Missing...

Recently, my company switched email providers and we now are using a Microsoft Exchange Server. Since I've set up my Outlook profile to retrieve messages from that account (I'm using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 SP3) I no longer have the option to archive messages and folders. The option just is not there, whether it be to manually archive or auto archive messages.

Is there away to get around this and continue to archive old messages?
 
Your company most likely have disabled this option as a policy. Ask them how
your company deals with archiving email. The probably have a server-side
solution to manage it centrally and offload the users.
